Three-weeks lock down in Navajoland 11/16/2020

Thanksgiving Day is coming closer. My family and I were planning to visit our Navajo parents and looking forward to cerebrating it together.

However, we needed to cancel our vacation plan. This morning my husband received a phone call from his dad. He noticed their three-weeks lock down starting from today until December 6th. At their area the number of the patients of Covid-19 has been increasing along with the number of patients who has passed away from it.

My mother-in-law still has coughs while she talked on the phone. She does not have high fever, but she still has headache and feels sick from time to time.

Their winter gets harsh. I sincerely hope they will survive this winter without getting sick and we will see each other soon.
