I woke up comfortably in a hotel room. I had a dream of my Japanese friends. They are a married couple and we have been friends for many years. My daughter and I were visiting them at their house in Japan. As usual they welcomed us with their warm hospitality. At the time we were leaving, they gave us a ride to the airport.

This hotel used to serve the hotel guest a full hot breakfast containing eggs, sausage, bacon, has browns, and toasts. However, due to the Covid-19, they stopped serving the hot breakfast this year. It was replaced by a grab-and-go breakfast in a brown bag. It contained an orange juice, a muffin, a cereal bar, and an apple. Little disappointed, but we understand the situation.
We enjoyed staying at the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the morning and came back home in the early afternoon.
We had a nice surprise. One airmail in our mail box was waiting for my daughter. It was a letter from her Japanese friend. The message contained a birthday wish and a holiday wish. It was a nice synchronicity that I had a dream of them this morning.

At night at 9 p.m., I attended a meditation class at the Japanese mediumship class. There were three students attended in the class. It was my first time for me to take this instructor’s class. The instructor was a very friendly woman. She was the older sister of the chairman of the school. They sure look alike.
The instructor guided us to her original guided meditation. We were guided to the spiritual travel through seven chakras. Here are what I received.
At the seventh chakra, in the red energy, I saw a burning red chestnut in the Japanese Irori (sunken hearth). It was from the story of The monkey and the crab.
At the sixth chakra, in the orange energy, I saw a ripe burning orange persimmon. Again, it was from the same story.
At the fifth chakra, in the yellow energy, I saw a monkey wearing a hachimaki; hair band. The monkey was ready to fight.
At the fourth chakra, in the green energy, I saw a river. The flow was gentle and it came as a symbol of peace.
At the third chakra, in the turquoise blue energy, I saw a couple of a man and a woman holding hands. They also came as a symbol of peace.
At the second chakra, in the indigo blue energy, I saw a blue bird. The bird was chatty. It came as a symbol of the importance of speaking.
At the first chakra, in the purple energy, I saw a beautiful Tennyo; heavenly maiden, dancing in a mysterious and sacred atmosphere.
I really enjoyed her guided meditation.
After the meditation, she introduced us one book. It was Opening Doors Within: 365 Daily Meditations from Findhorn, written by Eileen Caddy and Jonathan Caddy. She asked my birthday, and read the message of my birthday for me.
“March 9: As you learn to give to others in service, it opens your heart and keeps it open. The more you give freely and joyously, the more love pours fourth from you and the more love you draw to you. The more love you give, the more you will receive. It is the law. Never be discouraged if love is not returned to you immediately. Simply know that sooner or later it will be, and so keep the love flowing because love never takes “no” for an answer. Love is never defeated. Love is not like a snail; it never withdraws when it is rebuffed or rejected. It turns the other cheek and goes on and on loving. Can you do it? You cannot do it on your own strength, but with me you can do anything. Seek my help at all times and I will never fail you. You will find you can love and love and go on loving without any difficulty.” Cited from the book “Opening Doors Within: 365 Daily Meditations from Findhorn”, written by Eileen Caddy and Jonathan Caddy
