Today I chose the topic of “willingly doing; 快くやる” as my practice of trance talk. The message I received was like this.
Since we as a soul with a physical body are granted the rights of free will, everything leaves up to our willingness. In case we are not willing to do something, our guide spirits sense our willingness and they don’t fully support it. On the other hand, in case we are willing to do something, our guide spirits also are happy to support us for the process. Also that will attract other humans to join you and support you for it.
When we do something willingly, our vibration level is raised and our soul is surrounded by all the positive energies such as joy, happiness, and excitements. As the law of attraction, positive energy attracts further positive energy.

At 3 p.m., I attended the online Sunday service presented by the church in San Francisco. There were 30 attendees. The program contained the opening prayer, distance healing, and the demonstration of spiritual communication. There were two mediums to perform the demonstration. The first medium was the Japanese woman whom I know from the Japanese mediumship classes. Before the demonstration started, I asked my family spirits to get her attention so that she would convey some messages to me from my family spirits.
She kept on reading other people’s energy. I was not chosen. At the last demonstration, she mentioned a boy came in. She said the boy was never born to the physical world. When I heard this, I thought she chose me reading the energy of my son-in-spirit. My body reacted. I started shedding lots of tears, my body got extremely hot and sweaty, covered by goosebumps. I raised my hand, but she didn’t notice me. Two other people unmuted themselves and started talking. I was too shy to unmute myself. The medium conveyed the message from the baby boy. He was encouraging to publish a book. I thought the message was definitely for me. I felt sad that I was not brave enough to unmute myself. I was sad that I could not hear more message from my son-in-spirit through the medium.

Later on at night I did the guided meditation to see my guide spirits.
I asked them what I need to know at this moment. They told me that I can connect and communicate with them directly, so that I don’t need to attend Sunday Service for the spirit communication demonstration. I should believe in everything I feel. Everything I feel is always correct. I am gifted to accurately communicate with my guide spirits. I thanked my family spirits. That makes sense. I should not depend on others to listen to my family spirits. I can communicate with them directly. I should believe in my spiritual gift.
