I received a phone call from the realtor. She said she finally could get hold of the house owner. The house owner wants to have 10% more price than our offered price. To me, his requested price was insane for this small and old house without any upgrades. I instantly declined buying the current house.
After I told the realtor that we are not going to buy this house, I was filled with peaceful feeling. There are many aspects that I don’t want this current house to be our forever house. I was originally wanted to buy a bigger house than this. I want to have a house with the entrance door facing to east, a kitchen sink facing to a window.
I trust my family spirits. I know they like to surprise me. I know they always love me and provide me whatever I desire. I will wait for the right timing to come.
