My daughter and her grandma had a nice talk. They are planning to come down visit us in two to three weeks to deliver my daughter a birthday gift/Christmas gift. My daughter told her grandma some months ago that one of her wish lists is an adult tricycle. My daughter never though they would buy it for her, but her kind grandma is seriously planning to buy it for her. We are all looking forward to their visit soon.

Today’s meditation: I did the guided mediation of HemiSync Mediumship Training.
My guide spirit gave me a “thick skin.” He was smiling. I instantly knew it was a metaphor about the classes in the Japanese mediumship school. I have been timid these days worrying how the instructor and the other classmates judge me. That is why he gave me a message “mind your own business and don’t mind what others will think of me or judge me.” It was a clear answer to my question.
The answer is always within me. I just need to ask myself deep inside and feel the real me.
