At 9 p.m., I attended my first mediumship class. There were five students including me. There was no classmates whom I have known from the basic class. Today was my very first time to attend this class, but the instructor must be confused his memory. He told us there was no new students.
We started off from the instructor’s guided meditation as usual. My guide spirit appeared as a figure of Shugendo practitioner (修験道の行者.) He also looked like a Tengu in Kurama Mountain (鞍馬山の天狗.) He gave me a memory ball (記憶の玉.) He reminded me the teaching that I strongly remembered in my childhood. Somebody repeatedly told me that a strong mind resides in a strong body. My parents were not athlete typed people, so the “somebody” must be my guide spirits. Since I was small, I had been nudged to train my physical body to have good muscle. When I was small I strongly remembered one of my past lives as a Ninja and a Shugendo Gyoja.
This message came strongly today because my guide spirits concerned about me being mentally weak nowadays. I knew what they meant. I got hurt by the instructor’s rejection of my trance class enrollment. My guide spirits encouraged me to stay strong. I don’t need anybody’s praises or high evaluations.
(Question) What should I do to enhance my spiritual awareness this year?
I received the messages like this.
As I already should know, do not expect praises and high evaluation from anybody else. Don’t focus on others, but focus on myself. Once I strengthen my physical body, I will regain the strength in my mind. In order to do so, I will need to discipline my physical body every day, regain good muscles, and built up my confidence. Stand firmly on the mother earth and ground myself. Connect with mother earth firmly. Then my conscious came back to my physical body.

After the mediation the instructor commented about our meditation. He named each student one by one and praised them that they didn’t move their body at all during the mediation. When it came to my turn, he changed his voice tone and face expression into a mean one. He said I was moving around during the meditation. He said the best meditation is can be done when our conscious leaves our physical body. According to him, a person like me who moves around physical body cannot visit the higher dimension. He said I could not connect with my guide spirits in a higher dimension.
I didn’t talk back to him because I didn’t want to argue with him nor make him feel bad. However, I don’t agree with him. I am able to connect with my guide spirits in a higher dimension while my conscious is still somewhat attaches to my physical body. I am very good at getting messages from a higher dimension. He learns the meditation method and logic in the mediumship school in England, but it does not always apply to everybody. I am one of the exception. I can jog down notes while in a deep meditating state. I can quickly come back to awaken state while in a deep sleep state. This is one of my precious and unique spiritual gifts that I have accumulated in my previous lives. I felt sad the instructor could not understand my unique ability.
Then the instructor asked each student about the message that we received through the meditation. He listened carefully and gave some positive advice and comments to each student, except for me. When it came to my turn, the instructor kind of skipped asking me, because he believed I could not perform a good meditation. I didn’t feel comfortable for his way in treating me like that.
In the latter half of the class, we did several auric reading practices.
First practice was to read a stone’s energy on the place where it used to be. I felt a river, the water energy, the place where the stone got some drops of water from time to time, and the energy of Sun. The answer was that the instructor got the stone from Takachiho in Miyazaki prefecture, Japan, where Amanoiwato. He described the area. I was happy that I got the right energy.
Second practice was to read a picture in an envelope. I felt Bali, Indonesia, the colorful and busy energy, the festivals to entertain a various Gods. The answer was Izumo Taisha, the shrine in Shimane prefecture, Japan. I think I read the energy correctly somewhat. Maybe I read the energy of the various visitors.
Third practice was to read each student’s aura. For the first female student, I felt an umbrella. She told me she lives in a cold area with much snow. She constantly carries an umbrella in her purse. For the second male student, I felt the energy of ocean and the scent of ocean tide. Also I felt some Buddhism statues. He said he lives in Setouchi area where is surrounded by ocean. Also he is surrounded by many temples and shrines in his neighbor area. For the third male student, I saw a bunch of numbers. He told me he has been studying. For the fourth female student, I felt a female figure whose energy is calm and gentle, gracefully dancing like Japanese traditional dance or Hawaii’s Hula dance. She said she believes her guide spirit has such the appearance.
My classmates read my aura as “positive and optimistic personality” and “a light coming out from my crown chakra, studying spirituality.” One student saw a vision of a bag of flour. She saw me baking bread in the daily basis. The other student saw me surrounded by yellow sun light. He saw me playing and running around under the strong Arizona sun.
Even though I felt uncomfortable from the instructor’s reaction to my meditation method in the first half, I could have a great learning moment with my classmates in the second half of the class. I just hope the instructor will treat all the students fairly and respectfully.
