This morning my glucose level was 176. It is still high, but I am glad it started showing some progress. Last night I resumed my habit of jogging on the treadmill and eating an apple for my desert. I will keep my good habit and work on regaining my good health.

My mother-in-law purchased a tricycle for my daughter as a belated birthday gift and a Christmas gift. Today a huge box was delivered. Many people left a review complaining about the difficulty in assembling it. I hope we will make it somehow. But all in all, we are so excited for a new tricycle.
