It was a very cold day. We don’t have a cold day often; it was one of the rare days in our area. The rain switched into snow since late evening. We enjoyed the rare snow for us.

Today’s dream: I was at Navajoland with my family; my husband, daughter, and my in-laws. We already set up our retreat center in our homesite. We were hosting seven tour customers from Japan. Our customers were all smiling and enjoying the healing energy from Navajoland. My husband picked up one of my in-laws’ dogs whose name is Happy, and he noticed he got lots of her poop in his both hands. Then I woke up. I know it is a good dream including the ending part.

My dad-in-law was scheduled to be discharged from the hospital today, but it didn’t happen. The hospital decided to keep him a little longer.

My family and I have a group of neighbor friends. One of them; an old man, was diagnosed as dementia several years ago. Even after the diagnosis, he has been living alone in an apartment. In recent years, his dementia conditions got worse and worse. He has started wandering around all by himself without knowing where he was going. Our friends needed to go search him here and there. They found him walking in the side of freeway which the speed limit is 65 mph. He didn’t have anything with him to identify him. Finally he was accepted by the facility for dementia people where the staff members are available for 24/7. Today was his moving day. It was sad to see him off. It was also hard for me to stay cool. I was thinking of my parents. It is sad to see the aging process. We all go through the process in turn. When my turn comes, I want to live my life to the most until my very last day without any regrets.
