Today’s dream: I was in Japan with my Japanese family. I was signing the documents regarding my dad’s company resignation.

In the morning I made my homemade Makgeolli. I mixed 6-Gou of steamed sweet rice, 453 gram of Mugi kouji (nuruk), and 3 little of filtered water. I mixed it every morning and evening for five days. On the sixth day, on February 1st, I separated the liquid and Sake-kasu by squeezing it with a cheese cloth. I am not sure it was successful or not. I realized I never drank the real Makgeolli before. I don’t know if my homemade one is done well or not. It tastes okay and smells good with fermented fragrance, but I don’t taste alcohol at all.
