At 5 p.m., I attended my seventh mediumship class. There were eighteen students attended.
This is my second time for me to take this instructor’s class. She is easy going and thoughtful, and among all, she has good sense of humor. I’m loving to take her class, and now I regret I didn’t choose her as my main instructor. I had used up my three rights to switch the class, so I cannot take her class anymore.
With her guided mediation, I was greeted by my guide spirit. He appeared in a male Apache figure. His appearance was familiar with me. He gave me a box of his homemade chocolate. It is always great to receive something homemade filled with lots of love. The chocolates were not too sweet; just right feeling of sweetness. Also he prepared me a cup of hot herbal tea. He picked up the herbs perfectly fit to my current health condition. I could smell something mint or sage. It was refreshing and relaxing time.
Right before I left the place, my guide spirit gave me a small stone. The stone is originally from the river side, so that it contains the water healing energy. I thought the stone was similar to my environment. I grew up close to the ocean for 40 years, so that my body is filled with the water healing energy. My guide spirit told me with this stone I can ground firmly to the mother earth, but at the same time, I am always protected by the water healing energy. He smiled at me and told me I will be fine no matter what. Then, I thanked him and came back to my physical body. I enjoyed this spiritual journey.

We did three practices.
The first practice was fun. The instructor showed us two boxes; one was full of chocolate and the other was empty. She told us to feel the difference of the energy. I felt happy uplifted vibration for the full of chocolate box, while disappointed and low vibration for the empty box. Also, when I put my both palm facing up and felt the energy, I felt warm and tingling sensation for the full box, while neutral and no sensation for the empty box.
Since we had 18 students, every student had their own unique way to distinguish the energy difference. These are the examples of their unique ways.
For full of chocolate, they felt high density, warm color like orange, heavy, full stomach, both ears covered, happiness, colorful, warm, coming forward, sweet smell, heavy eye lids, comfortable feeling on tongue, full of saliva, lots of obstacles in hand feeling sensation, and reacted by a CT scanning.
For empty box, they felt low density, cold color like blue, light, empty of stomach, disappointed, simple one color, cold, retreating, going far away, no smell, water flowing, quiet, light eye lids, uncomfortable feeling on tongue, no saliva, and no item found by a CT scanning.
The instructor showed the box twice and we felt the energy. Amazingly I was right for the both trial. The reason why I said “amazingly” was because it never happened for me to get the answer right twice straight for this kind of practice. I felt support from my family spirits.

For the second practice, we did a name reading. The instructor provided us one name. She said he is her friend. We were told to read any information from the name.
I received the information like this.
Slim body. Handsome face. Relatively young as in his 40s. Intelligent. Working for a computer related job.
I got most of the information right. The instructor described about this person except for his handsome face.

For the third practice, we did a pair reading. I was assigned with a female student whom I never talked with in person.
When I read her ancestors, I instantly felt a female figure right next to her left side. I felt she was her maternal grandma. She appeared in her younger days. She looked like in her late 20s. She had a black long hair up to the middle of her back. When I connected with her, I got goosebumps all over my body, so I was sure I was connected well. I didn’t feel any specific message, but I felt the grandma has been watching over this student for many years. I felt the grandma was satisfied with her granddaughter as she is having her life peacefully with full of happiness. I felt rice cookie, but the student did not know the meaning.
The student told me I read everything right. She praised me for my spiritual ability. She even told me she thought I was already a master class student.
On her turn to read my auric field, she felt I was surrounded by lots of greens and nature. She also felt my constantly cooking food. She got them all right. She sensed a male grandpa figure. I thought it was my maternal grandpa. She described my grandpa as gentle, sophisticated, intelligent, good looking, and loving. I sensed my grandpa all smiling by listening to this description about him.
After the reading, we chatted for a while. She said she lives in Spain. I really liked talking with her and exchanging a reading with her. I hope I will see her again sometime in another class.
