It was another cold day with strong winds. I had an acupuncture treatment appointment in the morning, but I cancelled it due to bad headache. It is just my intuition but I feel I should change the acupuncturist to somebody new. The current acupuncturist’s treatment does not work well for my body nowadays.

Today we received a Hardship Assistance Checks from Navajo Nation, which my husband applied in last October.

My dad-in-law has been recovering from his injury. He had 20 stitches on his left thigh at the two surgeries. He has still been under treatment of antibiotic. His last appointment is set on March 8th. If the doctor confirms he is completely healed on the last appointment, they will set the date to visit us in March. I hope they will be able to visit us and spend good time together.

In today’s meditation, my guide spirit appeared in a young male figure. He was in a white outfit in Egypt. He suggested me to pay more attention to nature, such as watching stars, touching earth, feeling winds, looking at clouds in sky, talking to plants, and enjoying water flow. It was a peaceful meditation as usual.
