Mantra class (9) 2/23/2021

At 9 p.m., I attended my ninth Mantra class. There were eight students attended.

The instructor used to pick two students at a time and had them to say the Mantra together. But this method did not work well, because Zoom function priories the higher pitch tone voice and the lower pitch tone voice cannot be heard at all. My voice is lower than normal women, so they normally could not hear my voice.

From this class, the instructor changed his way to pick one student at a time, and this method worked pretty well. It was good that we could finally hear each student. All the students did pretty well. The instructor must be proud of himself for all the students’ great improvements in learning from him.

The instructor shared one story of Bhagavad Gita with us. It was the conversation between Indra God and human warrior Arjuna. When Arjuna agonized about starting a war, Indra God told him to do whatever he believed it right and reminded him souls were eternal; there is no such thing as death. I was in awe for this spiritual story. The instructor promised us that he would teach some of the mantras from this story. I am looking forward to it. I had a good time in this class as always.
