At 9 p.m., I attended my tenth Mantra class. It was my last class as I am not going to take the mantra class any more. There were seven students attended.

The instructor introduced us one breathing method. It was like this.
Sit on a chair or on a floor. Make sure your spine is straighten up. Breathe out with focusing your conscious on your base chakra and imagine a light ball. The light ball has a root. Imagine pulling the light ball down to the center of the Earth; the magnetic field. Then, breathe in with focusing your conscious to the light ball coming back to your base chakra. Extend the light ball all the way up to your crown chakra. When the light ball reaches above the crown chakra, imagine it has a lotus flower. Imagine the locus flower open and closes three times. Then again, breathe out with focusing your light ball pushing down in your spine all the way down to the center of the Earth. Repeat this breathing 11 times.
This breathing method calmed me down. I was fully relaxed. I was burning lots of calorie while working on this breathing method. by the time I finished the one cycle of 11 times, I was all starving.

At the last 5 minutes of the class, the instructor introduced one song. I fell in love with this song. The instructor didn’t give us the title of the song. After the class, I did some research and finally found the right one. It is called Prabhujee sung by Ravi Shankar and George Harrison.
With the melody of the song, I could easily picture myself relaxing and meditating by the Ganges River at the sunset. It also reminded me of old Japanese songs, Enka songs of Showa-era.
