It started with a chilly morning. My backyard was lightly covered by snow. After we came back from the morning walk, it started snowing heavily.

A birthday card with a gift card arrived. It was from my in-laws. I appreciate they had thought of me and keep loving me as their daughter-in-law. It was an interesting synchronicity. My mom-in-law put a sticker of “Good vibes.” I just purchased a tee with a logo “Good Vibes Only.” I guess this is a message for my birthday of this year.

I also received a letter from USCIS. It informs me that my green card renew process has been processing. It also informs that I won’t need to appear the USCIS local office to collect a biometric as they will use the previous data to renew. At the end of the letter, it says they are not going to refund the biometric fee, which made me laugh. It is okay with me as long as they process the renew process as soon as possible.
