Last night I went to bed earlier than usual because I needed to wake up at 3 a.m. to attend the early morning. But I could not sleep right away. I could feel some negative energy from the doctor still attached and influenced my aura field.
My daughter calmed me just like a mother. She told me she has faith in me that I am in the right direction to reverse diabetes. She shared with me the following two encouragement sayings.
Impossible is not possible, because it is screaming “I’m possible”
If there is a will, there should be a way.
I never heard of these phases. It was amazing that my daughter has already accumulated these wonderful sayings and could share it with me at the right timing.
With her right advice, I finally calmed myself and fell asleep.

Today’s dream: I was attending at the spirituality class. The venue was a huge place and there were so many attendees. I believe more than hundreds people were there. I enjoyed the class. When I was about to leave the venue, one man came up to me. He seemed to be familiar with me. I knew he was not my acquaintance in the real life but I know him in the spirit world.
He gave me a hug and started crying. He said he has been watching over me all the time. Then I noticed he was one of my guide spirits. He told me to know that they (all of my guide spirits) are always proud of me. He also said he would support me in his full strength on whatever I have decided.
I woke up feeling refreshed and happy.

I feel honored and appreciate for being blessed. I have many supporters in the real life family of my husband and daughter, and the spirit world of my guide spirits.
