Recently I have having a tough time for bowel movements. I thought of a colon hydrotherapy. I had my last one on January 17th so it has been almost four months since then. This morning I had my 6th colon hydrotherapy at home. I am glad that I did it. I felt much lighter than before.

In the late morning my family and I watched the movie Thunderheart (1992). Even though it was my 5th time to watch this movie, I was moved and shed tears. I felt nostalgic feeling to see Badlands.

In the afternoon I received a phone call from my friend. She will be moving to another place at the beginning of next month. It was a surprising news but understandable. When some life traditional events are supposed to happen, it happens abruptly but we have to quickly adjust ourselves to get on the ride. Even though I am a bit feeling sad of her move as she is the only one whom I can fully trust in this town, I am happy for her life changing event. We decided to see each other one more time before her move.
She will move to up north. We will eventually move to Navajoland. From our new place to her new area, it only takes three hours’ drive. We can visit each other again.
