Today’s dream: I was with my family and friends whom I don’t know in the physical world. Maybe they were my family spirits. We were standing at the top of the steep skiing slope and started skiing on the slope. Even though it was in the dream state, I actually enjoyed so much for feeling the high speed and the cold winter breeze. Awesome.

In the early morning my family and I replanted our okra plants in the paper coffee cups to our bigger garden bed. I hope they will grow healthily and produce lots of okra just like last year.

I received an email notice of my yesterday’s lab test result. I appreciate the speedy notice. It was 6.8. It was the evidence that I have been making efforts every day considering that the result in last December; 6 months ago was 7.8, then the result of this March; 3 months ago was 7.6. I will keep making efforts to keep my good health.
