Today’s dream: I was with my parents in my parents’ local area in Japan. We were on the top of a hill and looked down to the canyon area. There, it was a construction area for a tall building. It was surrounded by tall skinny trees with lots of green leaves. My dad told it was one of the tall building that he designed all the piping lines. He is proud of his job to support humans’ life line.

Today’s meditation: My family spirits gave me a talking stick. It was nicely decorated with Navajo’s four sacred colors with some eagle feathers. They want to provide me many opportunities to speak up on behalf of them. Whenever an opportunity is provided, they want me to take a couple of deep breathing and relax, and fully trust them, so that they can talk through me. Thank you to my family spirits. I am honored to receive this talking stick.

Last night we were blessed with lots of rain and so it was nice and cool morning this morning.

This evening a rowing machine that I purchased online was finally delivered. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it was delayed due to post office’s mistake or something. My husband assembled it for me. My daughter and I exercised 50 times each before we went to bed. Our body was warmed up and the blood circulated nicely so that we fell asleep right away.
