My dad-in-law was released from hospital. We were happy to know that. His voice sounded strong, he easily got out of breath. He still has to work on the treatment for low oxygen level and blood clot in lungs at home. My family and I keep praying for his complete recover. We hope to go visit them soon.

Every year in this time of the season, our rose bushes grow and share lots of roses. Our entrance area gives off nice fragrance from roses. They make me feel rich and abundant. Since their pure energy is powerful, I can easily feel their energy field.

My new Reiki friend shared her feedback about the refresher course she just took. She said it was a good reminder for non-duality and non-attachment. It sounded like a good teaching.

Today’s meditation: My guide spirit appeared in a young male figure. He came out from the mountain cabin. He opened the entrance door and welcomed me. He had a nice and friendly smile. He gave me a small wooden box as a gift, but unfortunately I didn’t remember the content. I enjoyed the calm and peaceful moment with my guide spirit.
