At 5 p.m. I attended the Reiki share gathering. There were 33 people attended. It was good to see my Reiki teacher.
In every Reiki share gathering, the host asked the teacher if he would like to receive Reiki healing from the attendees. His response is always the same. He appreciates the offer but he is doing fine and does not need any healing offer. I respect him for being humble and able to take care of himself.
He answered three questions from the attendees. The first question was what I really didn’t understand what exactly the attendee wanted to know. The teacher answered that there are many different types of things that humans cannot touch or see but they exist. Same as the air, Ki, the energy from the Universe exist. Without them no creatures on the Earth cannot live. The second question was about the Reiki lineage. The teacher answered he does not want to judge which group is superior or inferior. Instead, he encouraged us not to judge any group or anybody but to respect each other and enjoy the difference, and learn from the difference. The third question was about Reiki Hatsureiho. He said the modern Reiki organization stopped using Hatsureiho. Here again, he mentioned there is no right or wrong. Follow your heart and if you feel it right for you, then continue doing it, but never judge anybody who has a different opinion from you.
Toward the end of the gathering, the Reiki teacher started talking about 和顔愛語. It was the same term that he shared in the last session with European people. He asked me to share what I know as a Japanese. I was happy that he recognized me for being there.
