I attended the Reiki share gathering for American people at 5 p.m. There were 41 attendees. It is always good to see the regular members and some new members. We had 10 people who wanted to have the distance Reiki.
At the latter part of the gathering, the Reiki teacher answered the questions from the members.
Q1) How does Reiki energy work?
A1) Nobody can exactly answer this question, but the important thing is trust and wait. The energy is always with us and we actually already know what it is deep inside of us. In order for the Reiki energy to flow, we just surrender, feel the energy, without thinking.
Q2) What is the Kanji for Chokurei?
A2) This mantra was invented by somebody of Western Reiki. The Reiki teacher personally asked about this mantra to Phyllis-san who is a daughter of Hawayo Takata sensei, but she also didn’t know anything about it. The Reiki teacher said mantras are to feel the vibrations, so that as long as the person says the mantra from their sincere heart, it works perfectly for the person. I agree with the teacher. I thought it was a good way to explain.
Toward the ending of the gathering, the teacher again reminded us “諸行無常.” He reminded us to know everything is impermanent. I want to change his sentence to “everything is evolving.” I believe everything is changing its shape or condition so as to go forward to a better direction. The teacher also reminded us that non-attachment is a short cut to Satori. When we let our concerns and worries go, we are not attached to anything, so we can lift up our vibration.

In today’s meditation, the message I received was like this.
Stop worrying about the current situation too much. You are doing well on your part. Remember that you are not the only one who has been fighting in this situation. Even though I haven’t met all of them but there are many souls like me who has been protecting the Earth on their ways. They are everywhere in the world. Believe in your like-minded souls. Believe in that we are strong. Believe in that this time we will do better than before. We, the light force, will win this time. So, stay being strong and positive. Don’t let any negative energy bother you.
