Today I prepared homemade rice koji for my second trial. This time I used white rice instead of brown rice. Other ingredients and the procedure were the same as the last one. I hope this one would turn out well. *** In the evening I had a follow up meeting with one insurance agent.

I had a meeting with two new insurance agents. One was at 10 a.m., and the other one was at 1 p.m. I still don’t know if I can fully trust either one or not.

In the evening I talked with my Japanese friend on the phone. We shared a great time together catching up with each other. I appreciate her life-long friendship.

My family and I went to several stores for shopping. Nowadays I started feeling scared of driving a car by myself and I ask my husband to take me to several places. I appreciate his support.

It was a nice and warm day. I appreciate this nice warm weather with clear blue sky. I really love living in Arizona.
