It was a super busy day. I attended the seminar at 10 a.m. for one hour, a private meeting with my team leader about starting business at 11 a.m. for 2 hours. Then in the evening I attended the regular seminar at 6 p.m. for one hour and then the small group meeting at 7 p.m. for one hour.
I received lots of helpful information and knowledge. However, I also received one big shocking news from my team leader. It was about the team hierarchy change. My team leader is promoted to upper position, and the promotion comes with one sacrifice. Her immediate supervisor can take one group from her team. That means I might be moved to her supervisor’s hierarchy. I like my current leader and want to stay working in her team. But this is out of my hand. I thought about my Reiki teacher. He always reminds us that everything is being evolving and therefore everything is changing its appearance. I will be able to adjust the change and accept a new environment with joy. So, I am ready to accept any decision that my supervisors will make with joy no matter what.
