I attended the regular meeting in the morning at 8 a.m. Today’s meeting was full of helpful information. One of the supervisors explained about the company system. She mentioned it may appear unfair and cruel, but in the end this system helps the team members to motivate to get promoted. Her explanation made sense to me. I appreciate my current situation where I can learn a lot and get inspired from my team.
From today, I finally could start reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad written by Robert Kiyosaki. Many of the company higher ranked people recommended this book in their seminars. Today I just read only the introduction and Chapter 1. I enjoyed reading his book.
At night at 7 p.m., I had a zoom meeting with my team leader. I sent my CE certificates to the company. I am still in the first preparation process before I actually start working.
