Since yesterday’s noon, our home internet had been out. Since this company is a local family business and nobody works on weekends, I patiently waited until Monday morning when they resume to work. to be honest, I was reluctant to call them because I already knew the workers and the business owner were all rude and not professional. But I had no option to call them. As I expected, I needed to deal with the rude worker who was not supportive nor helpful at all. She asked me to do the procedure, to unplug their equipment, wait for 30 seconds, and re-plug. Even though I told her the resetting procedure was not working, I needed to do this four times. The female worker was very rude. She didn’t listen to me. Every time when I started explaining, she would cut me off. There was one time I needed to raise my voice and asked her to let me finish my explanation instead of cutting me off. From the beginning to the end of our conversation, she never apologized for the inconvenience company’s service. She said somebody would come to my house to check at tomorrow evening. She continued that if their engineer does not find any issues in their equipment, they will charge me $95 for the visit. I was furious after the conversation with the female worker.
I meditated and calmed myself down. I am learning the technique of healing an inner child. So, I asked myself what was the deep cause of this anger? Was there anybody who acted like this rude worker in my past? I quieted myself and waited for the vision. Soon, the vision of my late mom popped up. I see. It makes sense to me. My mom often did this to me. Even though I was talking, she always cut me off and kept on talking. She never listened to me. I talked to my inner child. I told her that the old time was gone and it would not happen again, because adult-I will always protect the small-I so that nobody can mess with us anymore.
I opened the book of Robert Kiyosaki. It was an interesting synchronicity. The first sentence that caught my eye on the page says “Stop doing what is not working, and look for something new.” I thanked my family spirits for the advice. Yes, I will terminate the contact with this bad internet provider today, and have a new contract with other provider.
In the evening after my husband’s work, we went to town and made a new contract with internet provider. This new provider offers 5G home internet with unlimited data with a reasonable price. The setting up was easier than we thought. We didn’t need to their engineer come to our house to connect. We just set up on our own within 15 minutes. The new internet service is fast and stable. We are loving it.
