In the evening at 5 p.m., I attended a zoom meeting for member recruit. I invited to our meeting because she said she was willing to help me. But I was surprised when she showed up in the screen. She looked angry. Mainly my business mentor explained about the company. Toward the end, my business mentor asked the guest if she is still interested in signing up, she said yes. I thought she would reject it right away. This was a great learning opportunity for me. Recruiting is a real tough task. I don’t want to force anybody to do something for my benefit. I just hope I will encounter the right person who is willing to learn and join the company.
