24-hour fasting 6/2/2022

Recently I have been feeling sick. I noticed my glucose level got spiked up and stayed really high even before I checked it. I know the reason. I have been eating a lot recently. I used to skip breakfast and it was an intermittent fasting. I don’t remember exactly when I stopped my good habit of 16/8 fasting. Maybe after I got well from omicron in this February. My appetite completely got back to normal and resumed the habit of eating breakfast.

I needed to change my habit. Today I did 24-hour fasting. It was not that tough for me at all. My glucose level started showing some improvements. It was not preferable number yet. I will need to re-build my old and good eating habit.
