2 mile / 30 minutes run 6/4/2022

I am still working on getting my glucose level back to normal. It still stays high especially in the early morning. I get on the treadmill twice a day in the morning and evening. Today my husband suggested me to change the habit and do something new. So I decided to run for 2 miles. It took me close to 30 minutes. My husband was right. Running 2 miles worked great for my body as I sweat much more than my previous habit.
