Today my online order of LM potency homeopathy remedies arrived. As soon as I held the box, I could smell the alcohol. I also saw the leakage mark all over the cardboard box. I opened the box and found out one of the LM potency glass bottles was leaked. The bottle was not broken but the lid was loosened during the transportation. I sent some pictures to their customer support. Their response was not preferable solution for me. It was disappointing to know that they don’t work with the customer.
