Today I cooked turkey that was given to us as one of the Christmas gifts. This time I cooked it with orange and lemon skins. It turned out pretty good. I received some nice messages from my Japanese friends wishing us for a merry Christmas. We have only one more week left for this year. This year has been a good year for my family and me.
