Yesterday I went to the lab office and draw the blood sample for the A1C test. Today the result came in. It was not really good as what I expected. It got slightly lowered than the last time taken on last October.

子供時代： 生まれつきエネルギーに敏感で、生き物の周りにあるエネルギーフィールドが色で視えていた。他人の感情をスポンジのように吸い取る力があった。死んだ人の姿が、生きている人間と同じように見えていた。過去世の記憶があって、今生でどんなことをする予定なのかも覚えていた。星から来たこと、肉体の目では見えない家族がいつもそばにいてくれていることを知っていた。小学生低学年のころは、同級生の本質や過去世の一部が見えることがあった。言っていることと思ってることが一致していない人のことはすぐに判別できたし、そういう人たちと関わるのは嫌だった。 母の記憶によると、しゃべり始めたのは平均よりも随分早くて、喧嘩の調停役が上手だったらしい。 学生時代は体を動かすことが好きで、小学校、中学、高校の間ずっと運動部に所属していた。 子供時代になりたかった職業は、弁護士、小学校の先生、漫才師、キャンプの先生、サバイバルの先生。中学校の卒業文集に、高校を卒業したら吉本興業に入って漫才師になるという作文を掲載した。大学時代はお笑いサークルに入って、漫才とダンスを学んだ。 大学・大学院：英語言語学の学士号と修士号を取得。 学生の６年間は教師業に携わっていた。塾の先生、公文の先生、家庭教師として、中学生と高校生に英語と数学を教えた。 社会人になってから興味が出てきた職業は、作家（本を出版すること、ジャンルは自叙伝と、ヒーリングの専門書）。 社会人最初の５年間は、管工事業界で営業職に就いた。配管施工図をAUTO CADで作成するなどのエンジニア部門にも携わった。管工事業界での仕事を辞職後、コンピュータ業界、医用機器メーカー、給湯機メーカーで翻訳・通訳業務に携わる。その後、ドイツの印刷設備機器メーカーの日本支社を立ち上げる際の、スタートアップメンバーとして尽力。オフィスマネージャー兼社長秘書として、管理業務、営業業務、会計業務などすべての分野の統括をこなした。 1998年、アメリカのナバホ保留地で、ナバホ男性、Philmer Bluehouseさんと出会って弟子入りし、ナバホの伝統的なピースメイキング手法とメディスンワークを学び始めた。以降はナバホ研究家として活動を開始。 ピースメイキングについての一連の記事は、ウェブマガジン「レアリゼ」で掲載された。 フリーランスとして働くようになってからは、英語と日本語間の翻訳と通訳、ツアーガイド、現地ガイド、テクニカルライター、機械の取扱説明書の作成など、幅広い分野での仕事をこなした。 空き時間を見つけては、国内・国外問わず、予定を決めずに出かける1人旅に出かけた。往復の航空券とレンタカーの予約だけを持って海外に出かけ、旅を満喫。人懐っこく、柔軟な性格なので、世界中で友達を作れて、どんな環境でも馴染むことができて、自分らしさを表現できて楽しめた。 2006年と2007年、松木正さん主催のラコタツアーに通訳として勤務。 2007年にナバホ師匠の息子さんからプロポーズを受けた。 2008年に日本で結婚、アメリカの配偶者ビザを申請。 2008年に稲本百天先生から霊気を学び、光明霊氣道の師範になった。 2008年に由井寅子先生が教えるホメオパシーの学校と出会い、ホメオパシーを使い始めた。それ以来、風邪薬や痛み止めの市販薬を一切取らなくなった 2008年にアメリカに移住。 2009年から家庭菜園を始めた 2009年に長女が誕生。 2014年に電子レンジと家電製品の使用を一切止めた。 2015年に松村潔先生からホロスコープとタロットを学んだ。 2016年にDoreen VirtueさんとRadley Valentineさんからエンジェルカードリーディングを学び、それ以降、エンジェルカードリーディングを提供している。 2017年に奥津典子先生からマクロビオティックを学んだ。ぬか漬け、お味噌、みりんなどを自宅で作るようになった。 2020年、ミディアムシップの学校で、心霊リーディング手法を学んだ。 2021年、ファミリーホメオパスの資格を取るためのコースと、インナーチャイルドセラピストコースに入学し、本格的に学び始めた 2022年、及川遼先生のプロ手相講座で、手相をはじめとする数多くの占い技法を学び始めた。 2023年6月から、プロホメオパスになるための４年生の学校に入学し、勉強を続けている。 ＜毎日の日課として続けていること＞ ・ブログ記入、ポッドキャスト配信、 ・朝昼晩の散歩、 ・朝晩の感謝のお祈りと祝詞心経を唱える、 ・トレッドミルでジョギングして、サウナで大汗をかいてデトックス、 ・1日2食（16時間ファスティング）、 ・TFTタッピング療法、 ・電子レンジフリー生活、家電フリー生活、 ・「時短」とは真逆で、丁寧に時間と愛情をかけて食事を作る
