We had a blessing rain for two nights straight. My vegetable plants in the backyard are all happy and growing much faster than before.
In the morning we attended the kids’ event at the local city park. It was their first trial event for kids to have a summer fun. The community garden people had their booth and invited visitors to their vegetable garden tour. They allowed us to pull carrots and onions from the soil. It was the very first time for my husband and daughter to harvest the root vegetables from soil. They were very happy to experience the harvesting.
