My husband brought back a wonderful news. One of his coworkers is about to move out his house within this month, and surprisingly his renting house is our neighbor within 5 minutes’ walk. My husband asked the coworker to refer us to the property manager for taking over his lease contact. His property manager said it is fine that we can move in next month.
