I talked with my Navajo friend. Last time we met and talked was at my late dad-in-law’s funeral service. Since then, we have communicated each other from time to time on Facebook, but not in person. It was great to catch up with her by talking in person over the phone.
I mentioned the possibility that I might be able to organize a Japanese group who wants to visit Navajoland and learn Navajo teaching. I want to have her to join this project. She said she is willing to help me. We decided to meet in person when we go back to Navajoland next time. I am looking forward to our next meeting.
