My daughter’s school has resumed. It is odd that they started at the end of July. In previous years they resumed school in the middle of August.

My husband and I went to the old house. The property manager arrived. She already looked like mad. She complained about the front yard that we didn’t take good care of it. Even in the house she was not nice at all. She scolded us this and that, and ordered us to fix the issues. Her attitude, the voice tone, and what she said to us were not nice at all. We felt like we were treated like slaves.
The final inspection was scheduled at 10 a.m. I had gone through the final inspection of the rental house and apartment before. From my previous experiences, I expected to spend only 5 minutes or so and we would pass the inspection right away because we cleaned the house thoroughly. However, the thing didn’t turn out as we expected. The property owner complained and ordered us to fix this and that. We worked on the fixes. The yard work was the toughest ones that took us many labors and hours. We wanted to have a family fun by going to the bowling array and a nice restaurant for lunch, that all of our plans didn’t happen.
We worked hard without taking a break. I didn’t even go to the bathroom. By the time when everything was done, it was already close to 5 p.m.
The property manager promised me to return our security depot with full amount except for the changing the door key fee. I really hope she will keep her promise and return it as soon as possible.
