I have been super busy these days for my business preparation. In such busy days, unfortunately, my daughter’s school laptop had an issue that prevents her from opening any internet browser. I had no option to call the school’s technical support. I called them two weeks ago. I needed to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes. The technical support worker decided to send us a replacement computer.
One week later a replacement computer arrived, but it didn’t come with the login instruction. Now today, I reluctantly needed to call the technical support again for the information.
Today, I needed to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes until the technical support worker picked up my phone. I hated the long waiting time, but at least, the technical support person was very polite and nice, and she successfully gave me the right login information. Finally. I am glad it is finally fixed so that my daughter can start working on the do-do list items.
