Still dealing with the billing issue of the phone company 11/14/2023

I still suffer from the billing issue from the phone company. I wanted to avoid to issue a complaint to BBB website, but I needed to take this last action.

Even though I don’t like this, I am the only person in this household to take care of this issue. My husband does not want to deal with any kinds of issues. He said he would put up with their mistakes even it is a pretty high amount of $1,200.

I don’t want to put up with paying for the extra fee that was created by their mistake. I guess I am fighting with my inner-child of “should’ve” belief. I admit I have lots of fixed ideas and sense of justice.
