It was a very cold day. During the morning walking, I found snow here and there in our neighborhood area.
The good thig of today was I received an email from the phone company representative and found out that the issue was resolved. I decided to postpone to close this case and wait until the next bill to be arrived with the right amount. I don’t want to deal with the same issue again.
This phone company is one of the biggest phone service companies in this country. Sadly though, they have many bad reviews from their customers filed in the official website of BBB. The resolved rate is only 36%, that shows they don’t have the good customer support and they don’t care about customers. I wonder why they don’t consider customers’ satisfaction seriously.
