I purchased a biofeedback device from the American dealer / manufacturer on January 24th. They told me it would ship in 8 to 10 weeks after the ordered date. I have been patiently waited for more than 8 weeks, but I didn’t receive any information about the shipping details. Today, I asked them and they replied back to me with the reasons why it was late. They have been waiting for one part from the originator’s factory in Hungary. They don’t know then the part will be delivered from their place. I accepted their reason and decided to patiently wait for another one month or so.
