In the evening at 4:45 p.m., I held my 5th workshop. Today I shared my knowledge and technique regarding the meditation that I have learned from a variety of people. I hope they liked it.

I spent most of my day for preparing materials for tomorrow’s my workshop. I hope my students will enjoy the time together.

It was my birthday. Since I don’t like getting celebrated by a whole bunch of strangers, I don’t post my birthday in any of SNS. I just want to be celebrated only by my family and close friends. I had a peaceful day and received birthday wishes from my special people, which made my day.

It was a peaceful day that I could work on registering my daughter to the high school. My daughter will become a freshman at high school from this August. I also could have time to study homeopathy study.

I started working on tax return. I started some research of the business expenses though reading the information on the IRS official website.

After many practices, I finally reached at the point where I was satisfied with my presentation. I submitted the recording to the school. I feel released and relaxed after one big task is done. Now it is time to start working on the tax return process.

Today also, I worked on practicing for my upcoming presentation. The organizer of the congress asked me to make a presentation live on zoon, but I asked him to let me record in advance. I worked on practicing for my upcoming presentation. At the beginning of the practice, I stuttered a lot, but the more I practiced, the more fluently I could speak.

I slept soundly last night. The bed that we stayed one night was perfect. All of us enjoyed the breakfast.
