In the past several days, I spent time in reading several of the instruction manuals of the biofeedback device. At night I did my third session of the biofeedback session. I had a fun exploring the different commands and new pages.

Last night as soon as I got on my bed, I fell asleep right away. It was amazingly quickly that I could fall asleep. Maybe it was the benefit from Q-Ta, my biofeedback device. Tonight, I did my second session. I am slowly getting to know the device.

This morning, Bucky, the chihuahua dog that used to belong to my late dad-in-law, visited me in my dream. Some changes happened and we adopted him to our house. My daughter took the state test. She has one more test day to go. She thinks she did very well. The result will be mailed later, around July. I don’t care much about the test result. I am glad that I am not in Japan where many parents concern about their kid’s grades.
