Last night I emailed to the animal control officer about the details of the incident regarding the male boxer dog’s attempt to attack. The officer kindly replied back to me with the update. In the early afternoon of yesterday, she visited the dog owner’s house and mentioned about the leash regulation. It seems that the dog owner received just the warning and the instruction, not the actual penalty. The officer stated that the dog owners (the couple of the husband and the wife) seemed to be troubled and sorry about what happened. I hope it was true. I hope the similar incident will never happen to anybody else in this neighborhood.
