It was a super busy day.
At 4:30 a.m., I woke up early to attend the monthly palmist group lesson.
At 8:30 a.m., the property manager came to our house and had the annual house inspection.
At 12:15 p.m., I attended the weekly training of the insurance products.
And in the evening at 6 p.m., I attended the homeopathy case study.
I spent all the reminder time to study for tomorrow’s final exam of the professional course.
In the evening, we received an email from the property manager. I felt comfortable to communicate with him. He was happy that we have been taking good care of the property and the company is willing to extend the lease contract with us for many more years to come. This is the good business for them. They increased the monthly lease fee by $25 and charged a one time renew procedure fee of $60. Everything costs.
Thinking back about the previous property manager, she had been rude and arrogant and we never liked her. However, she never did a house inspection for 10 years. She increased the rent only once for the 10 years.
All in all, eventually we want to have our own forever house so that we won’t need to worry about being terminating the lease contract or being increased the rent. I personally hope we will live in this house for another one more year and move to our forever house in next July with the great conditions.
