I have been watching the old Japanese TV drama show. The years were set in 1970s when we still had the old stereotype ideas that men are superior to women. Men were supposed to work hard for the company, and women were expected to stay home taking care of their children and house chores.
While I was working as a full-time employee for the company, I had experienced these stereotypes stubbornly stayed in the company. I used to work just like a slave worker for the company just to make my living. If we focus on the point only, the recent work condition and people’s way of thinking have been improving to a better way. I am glad that I don’t need to work like that anymore.
