Time sensitive documents 1/5/2025

January 5th of the last year, we had snow in our area, which is rare. Today of this year we had a little bit chilly day, but not that bad. The outside temperature must have dropped down during the night. when I went to the backyard garden, the leaves of our winter vegetables have been shrunk down. They are still okay though, because we will have a nice and warm temperature during the daytime.

Back on December 27th, I sent out the legal documents to my attorney in Japan with the most expensive method through post office. It cost me $77.55 for sending just a 15-pages documents. Their promised delivery date was set on January 4th. However, as of last night, it still stayed in Chicago airport. I submitted an inquiry for the update. Also, I sent a good prayer so that the documents will be taken care of and processed. Since the Chicago airport is the hub airport, they sent out the urgent documents via the hub airport. It is just a nuisance for me as they should send them out via Los Angeles, which is the quickest and shortest route to get to Japan.
