The evidence of being healthy 1/18/2025

In the afternoon, my family and I went to the gym. There were two receptionists at the entrance counter. One was a male worker whom I had seen him before and he was nice. The other one on the other hand was a female worker who had a mean look on her face from the beginning. After a while we explored some exercise equipment, I noticed the female worker kept on following us for some reasons. Even though we wiped off to clean the handle and the chair of the equipment that we used, the female worker wiped off again. After I witnessed her doing so, I finally noticed that she was doing just to annoy us. My husband talked to her nicely, but she responded in a mean way. At the last moment when we were about to leave the gym, the nice male worker warned us about the card that we scanned to enter the gym. We noticed that he warned about the female worker in a hidden mode.

I was upset about the rude female worker for a while. But after some seconds, a gush of ideas came down on me. Maybe she is not happy with her own life. Maybe she is single or divorced, so that she doesn’t feel comfortable to see any happy families like us. Or maybe she has some grudges to Asian people. She might be simply racist who hates Asians, or her face naturally looks mean or angry without any specific reasons. After I accepted those thoughts, I appreciate my family spirits to support me for doing these, so that I can quickly restore my original calm and peaceful mind.

If I were still mentally or physically sick, I would have suffered from anger to the mean female worker. Instead, I am now healthy mentally and physically, so that I am not influenced by anything. I am thankful for that.
