My attorney informed me that our next court day will be May 10th and June 6th. I was a bit surprised that we have to wait another 1.5 month for the next court meeting. He also informed that 2 of the banks would take longer days than the other banks for him to cash out from my late dad’s account. I am still being charged for the late penalty for the inheritance tax. It was a frustrating information and that makes me to hate my brother even more because this torture was created by my brother.
