After spent lots of investigation, and with the help from my husband, we finally could finish up inputting all the necessary data and submitted the tax return file. Last year we submitted on the same timing of march 14th. I wish I could have helped my mom-in-law. Her case is simple and within the range of free filing, but she said she cannot see the small numbers on the documents, so that she always pays a professional CPA to file the tax.
