In the evening at 6 p.m., I attended the online gathering of the inner child therapist course. Even though we didn’t turn on our video to show our faces online, I felt happy to attend this gathering because two of my friends were also attending together.

In the morning at 9 am I had a monthly regular maintenance appointment of my biofeedback device and software. It has been 11 months, almost one year, since I started using the biofeedback device and software. In the afternoon I gave myself a home sauna to sweat out any unnecessary detox from my body.
