I had a maintenance appointment with the technician for my biofeedback device at 9 a.m. in the morning. She always calls me right on the appointment time to let me know that she will remotely deal with my device. But she didn’t call me on that time. When I checked the email, I saw two emails from her one hour before our appointment time. she made a mistake for the time to make an appointment. She forgot that our state doesn’t apply the summer time and didn’t check our time, and that was how she made an appointment one hour earlier than my usual appointment time. that is understandable and okay with me. But one weird thing happened. The information technology engineer called my phone a couple of times but it didn’t go through even though my phone was available. Then after the appointment was completed, she tried to call me to let me know it was done, she could not reach me at my cell phone. Even though I didn’t use my cell phone on my end, she told me every time she called me, it went to the busy sound as if I am using my cell phone, which I was not. Another weird thing was though, I could receive a phone call from my daughter and husband without any issues. I hope it was just due to one-time connection issue with the technician, and this issue won’t stay for the future.
